Tina Perkins is an Adjunct Professor of Voice Over at the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University since 2016. With over 25 years of professional experience in radio production, on-air work, and voice over, she brings practical expertise to the department of Television, Radio and Film.
Her career includes roles at WJPZ Z89 Syracuse University (1989-1993), New City Radio Syracuse (1992-1997), Clear Channel/iHeart radio (1997-2002), and producer at Digital Sound and Video (2002-2017). In 2004, she founded Perkolator Production, specializing in voiceover and audio production for radio imaging, commercials, audiobooks, and copywriting for clients like Turningstone Casino and Hearst Radio Group.
She earned a B.S. in Television, Radio, and Film Production from Syracuse University and serves as producer for the nationally syndicated radio show "Brad Mercer’s Bands 'N Fans".
