Tina Dodge is an Associate Professor of Practice and Program Coordinator for the SNAP-Ed Nutrition Education and Outreach Programs at Oregon State University's College of Health. She holds dual affiliations with the School of Nutrition and Public Health and the Benton and Linn County Extension Services. Her work focuses on culturally responsive nutrition education, food security, and health equity in underserved communities.
Research interests center on Latino family food practices, community-based participatory research, and policy systems change. She has led multiple studies on cultural food security in rural Oregon and evaluates Extension Service programs' impacts. Recent work explores maternal food practices among Latina families and multi-state SNAP-Ed program readiness for policy implementation.
