Tina Beck Hansen

Dr. Tina Beck Hansen is a Senior Researcher at the Danish Technical University (DTU), specifically within the Research Group for Food Microbiology and Hygiene at the National Food Institute. Her work focuses on quantitative food preservation, safety, and hygiene, with expertise in predictive microbiology and HACCP applications.
