Timothy Rawson is a Professor in the Department of Liberal Studies at Alaska Pacific University (APU). He holds a Ph.D. in American History from the University of Oregon, an M.A. in Northern Studies from the University of Alaska Fairbanks, and a B.A. in Biology and Philosophy from Luther College.
