His research spans systematic theology, biblical studies, and the integration of scientific disciplines (biology, astronomy, and history) with theological inquiry. He emphasizes themes like vulnerability in ministry, as seen in his 2023 publication exploring Pauline missional weaknesses.
The article "Let Him Who Boasts, Boast in the Lord" (2023) reflects his focus on theological humility, ministry leadership, and New Testament exegesis, blending broad theological disciplines with specific sub-fields like Pauline studies and ecclesiology.
Timothy actively engages students through personal interaction, meals, and mentorship, fostering global theological education. He advocates against plagiarism in theological writing, prioritizing ethical scholarship in the Majority World.
