Timothy Cameron

Timothy Cameron is an Associate Dean and Professor in the College of Engineering and Computing at the University of Miami, Ohio, leading the Mechanical and Manufacturing Engineering Department from 2010 to 2018. He holds a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University (1988), an M.Eng. from the same institution (1985), and a B.S. in Agricultural Engineering from Cornell University (1981).

His professional affiliations include ASME, SAE, and ASEE, with awards such as Tau Beta Pi and SAE outstanding speaker distinctions. He has secured over $500,000 in NSF and industry grants for lab development and supervised graduate students in mechanical engineering.
