Tim Heysse is a full professor at KU Leuven, affiliated with the Institute of Philosophy. His research focuses on Political Philosophy, Ethics, and Post-secularism, with a particular emphasis on the intersection of power and normativity in political systems.

Publications such as Power and Normativity (2024) analyze Rainer Forst’s theories of noumenal power.
He has lectured extensively on Jürgen Habermas at Erasmus University Rotterdam, bridging critical theory and contemporary political analysis. His teaching includes courses on Philosophy of Mind, Philosophy of Language, and Analytic Philosophy.
