Dr. Tim Tilford is a Senior Lecturer in Computational Mechanics at the University of Greenwich, serving as Associate Head of School (Research & Knowledge Exchange) in the School of Computing and Mathematical Sciences. He holds a B.Eng. in Aeronautical Engineering from Queen Mary College, University of London (1998), an M.Sc. in Computational Fluid Dynamics from the University of Greenwich (1999), and a PhD in Eulerian-Lagrangian Multidomain methods for multiphysics simulations (2013).

His recent publications emphasize machine learning-driven failure prediction, thermal-mechanical analysis of power modules, and optimization of heat transfer systems.
