Tim Skvortsov

Dr Tim Skvortsov is a Lecturer in the School of Pharmacy at Queen's University Belfast, focusing on bacteriophage-based antimicrobial research. His work combines experimental and computational approaches to develop phage-derived therapies against bacterial pathogens and biofilms. He leads projects addressing antimicrobial resistance, viromics, and microbial bioinformatics. His research contributes to UN Sustainable Development Goals related to health and environmental sustainability.
