M.C. (Tim) Huiskes is a Lecturer and Doctoral Researcher at the University of Groningen's Faculty of Governance and Innovation, located at Campus Fryslân in Leeuwarden. He is affiliated with the Cyan Centre on Climate Change Adaptation and the University Colleges Academics Network Netherlands. His expertise focuses on global governance of climate adaptation, international relations, and international & European law.
