Dr. Tim Groenland is an SFI-IRC Pathway Fellow at University College Dublin (UCD), School of English, Drama and Film, and a Resident Scholar at the UCD Humanities Institute. His research focuses on contemporary literature and publishing, literary infrastructures, and post-45 US fiction. He currently leads the 'Publishing Infrastructures of Contemporary Anglophone Literature' project, comparing publishing systems across Ireland, the US, and Britain. Groenland holds a PhD from Trinity College Dublin and has held fellowships, including the Government of Ireland Postdoctoral Fellowship at University College Cork.

Research Interests: Groenland explores how publishing infrastructures shape contemporary literature, with a focus on literary editors and post-1945 US fiction. His work spans critical analyses of authors like David Foster Wallace and Raymond Carver, as well as studies on multilingual publishing in Ireland.
Teaching & Supervision: He coordinated the 'Post-war US Fiction' module at UCD and supervises PhD students. He previously taught at University College Cork and University of Limerick.
