Tim DiDiego is a Senior Lecturer at the Dayton School of Business, Asbury University. He integrates Christian faith and values into business education, emphasizing critical thinking and collaborative problem-solving to address societal challenges. Previously, he held executive roles in corporate strategy and international business development at Exxon, IBM, and Lexmark International, with extensive experience in Asia and Europe.
His teaching focuses on Systems Thinking and Team Learning, advocating holistic business approaches. He taught at Lexmark’s Management Development Program and maintains active community involvement through Pax Christi Church in Lexington, where he serves on the Parish Council.
DiDiego holds an M.B.A. and has a background in engineering. His career spans finance, marketing, and product planning, complementing his academic role. Personal interests include reading, hiking, and family life with his wife Kerry and daughter Maria.
