Tim Cusack

Dr. Tim Cusack serves as Associate Professor and Dean of the Faculty of Education at Concordia University of Edmonton, leveraging 31 years of K-12 education experience including roles as teacher, principal, and superintendent in Alberta school divisions.

His academic credentials include:

• Bachelor of Arts (English) from the University of New Brunswick
• Bachelor of Education from Mount Allison University
• Master of Religious Education from Newman Theological College
• Doctor of Education (Leadership and Learning) from the University of Portland

Research focuses on educational leadership development, specifically leadership self-efficacy, training methodologies for school leaders, and systemic school improvement.
