Dr. Till Greite is a British Academy Postdoctoral Fellow at the Institute of Languages, Cultures and Societies within the School of Advanced Study, University of London. He holds an MA and Dr phil (summa cum laude) from Humboldt University Berlin. His current research focuses on German-Jewish exile literature and cultural memory in post-WWII Europe.
His research explores:

Greite leads the British Academy-funded project 'The Legacy of Exile: 20th Century Literature in the Age of Dispersion' (£288,872), examining poet Michael Hamburger's role in mediating German literature in anglophone contexts. His publications consistently address themes of displacement, linguistic identity, and cultural reconstruction in postwar Europe.
