Tijana Ledina

Prof. dr Tijana Ledina serves as an Associate Professor at the University of Belgrade, affiliated with the Department of Hygiene and Technology of Animal Origin Foodstuffs. Her work focuses on food safety, bacterial resistance, and preservation techniques for traditional dairy products.
