Tiina Onkila is an Associate Professor of Corporate Environmental Management at the University of Jyväskylä's School of Business and Economics. She leads the CEM-research group and plays a key role in the BIODIDUL project's biodiversity-focused work package. Her research focuses on sustainable business practices, circular economy frameworks, and stakeholder engagement strategies. She is a member of Nature Panel Finland, contributing to national environmental policy analysis.
