Tiina Lindfors

Tiina Lindfors is a Doctoral Researcher at the Department of Educational Sciences, University of Helsinki. She is affiliated with the Doctoral Programme in School, Education, Society and Culture and the Research and Training Group for Educational Leadership KAJO. Additionally, she works as an Education Planning Officer for the City of Espoo.

Her research focuses on Educational Sciences, with particular interest in Teacher Training, Educational Leadership, and Professional Development. Her work addresses systemic approaches to Finnish tutor teacher programs, inclusive school communities, and digital competence in education. She collaborates with institutions across Finland on these topics.

• Recent Projects: Academy of Finland's Lippulaivaohjelma (2024–2028), Ministry of Education's Leadership for Cooperative Professional Development in Educational Reform (2023–2025), Erasmus+ Co-Creating Inclusive School Communities (2022–2026).
• Activities: Oral presentations at EARLI 2023 and JURE 2023 pre-conferences, participation in Helsinki-Tallinn Doctoral Summer School (2023), peer review work for manuscripts.
