Tiffany Sayles

Dr. Tiffany Sayles is a Professor and Psychology Chair at Talladega College, where she has taught since 2017 and serves as Program Director for Psychology. She transitioned to full-time faculty in Fall 2021 after four years as an Adjunct Instructor, merging her 12-year background as a school counselor with higher education.

Research Focus

Dr. Sayles investigates self-regulated learning, academic commitment, and GPA correlations among African American students. She collaborates with the Macmillan Research Team to develop tools for minority student success and explores multimodal instructional strategies to enhance knowledge retention. Her work emphasizes culturally responsive teaching frameworks and educational equity.
