Dr. Tian Xia is a Professor at the University of Vermont in the Department of Electrical and Biomedical Engineering within the College of Engineering and Mathematical Sciences. He received his PhD in Computer Engineering from the University of Rhode Island after completing his B.S. and M.S. in China.

Dr. Xia's publications demonstrate expertise in RF Circuit Design, Ground Penetrating Radar Applications, Water Quality Monitoring, and Hardware Security. His work has appeared in top journals like IEEE Transactions on Circuits and Systems, IEEE Sensors Journal, and Journal of Applied Remote Sensing.
