Tiago Rodrigues Gonçalves, Ph.D., is a Visiting Assistant Professor at ISEG – Lisbon School of Economics and Management, Universidade de Lisboa. His research focuses on Knowledge Management, Human Resources Management, and Organizational Psychology and Behavior, with a particular emphasis on healthcare contexts. He holds a Doctorate in Management (2023), a Master's in Business Administration specializing in HR Management and Organizational Behavior (2018), and a Bachelor's in Psychology (2012).
His research explores themes such as workplace happiness, knowledge sharing dynamics, and the impact of HR practices on organizational effectiveness. His work has been published in journals like Technological Forecasting and Social Change and International Journal of Information Management, with recent studies addressing techno-social systems, green HRM, and post-pandemic healthcare challenges. He has supervised over ten master’s theses on ethical leadership, emotional intelligence, and sustainable career development.
Prof. Gonçalves teaches courses in Business Ethics, Data Analysis in Management, and Behavioral Lab methodologies. He actively contributes to academic conferences, presenting on topics such as knowledge protection in remote work and the double impact of HR systems on innovation in SMEs.
