Tia Jeffery, Ph.D. is an Associate Professor in the Department of Health, Nursing and Nutrition at the University of the District of Columbia's College of Agriculture, Urban Sustainability and Environmental Sciences. Her research focuses on health and nutrition equity, emphasizing culturally tailored interventions, food security, and the intersection of nutrition with physical activity in aging populations and student-athletes.
