Tia Hodges serves as an Adjunct Professor at the New York University School of Professional Services while simultaneously holding executive leadership positions at MetLife as Vice President for Corporate Giving, Employee Engagement & Volunteerism, and President & CEO of the MetLife Foundation.
Her professional expertise spans the non-profit sector, philanthropy, and social impact domains. With nearly 20 years of experience, she has developed strategies that drive systemic change to improve social and economic progress in communities across the U.S. and in more than 37 countries worldwide. Her teaching focuses on the non-profit and philanthropic sectors, drawing from her extensive practical experience in corporate social responsibility and foundation management.
Ms. Hodges has been recognized for her leadership through prestigious fellowships including the Council on Foundations Leadership Program, the 92y Belfer Center for Innovation & Impact Women inPower, and the Johns Hopkins University Leadership Program for Minority Managers.
