Thomas Zwack

Thomas Zwack is a Research Fellow at the HHL Leipzig Graduate School of Management, specializing in service innovation within the insurance industry. He holds a Master's degree in Computer Science (Diplom-Informatiker) with a minor in Business and Economics from the Technical University Munich (TUM), earned in 1996.

From 1996 to 2003, Zwack worked as a manager at Accenture, and from 2004 to 2014, he served as founder, shareholder, and CEO of Jakoby Zwack GmbH, a German consulting firm focused on the insurance sector. His career spans strategic development and reengineering projects with major property & casualty insurers across Europe and North America.
