Thomas Russell

Mr Thomas Russell is a Postdoctoral Researcher in the School of Chemical Engineering at the University of Adelaide, affiliated with the Faculty of Sciences, Engineering and Technology. His work focuses on fluid flow and formation damage in porous media.

• Primary research areas: CO2 storage, enhanced oil recovery, hydrogen storage
• Methodologies: Theoretical modeling and laboratory experiments

His research contributes to government and industry projects, with a focus on mathematical modeling to improve predictive capabilities and experimental studies to understand subsurface processes. He is eligible to supervise Masters and PhD students as a co-supervisor.
