Thomas Roach

Thomas Roach serves as an Associate Professor at the Institute of Botany, University of Innsbruck, where he has been a faculty member since 2012.

His interdisciplinary approach bridges molecular botany with practical applications for human welfare.

Awarded the Tyrolean half marathon championship in 2018 and recognized as Austria's top finisher in the 2019 Linz Marathon (2:24:00), Roach embodies his philosophy of 'living a good life' both in scientific pursuit and athletic achievement as a member of SK Rückenwind running club.
