Thomas Prosser

Thomas Prosser is a Professor of European Political Economy at Cardiff Business School, specializing in research areas such as European social democracy, trade union dynamics, and the impact of EU austerity on labor markets. He has published extensively on topics including European sectoral social dialogue, dualization in labor policy, and political economy frameworks.

• Research Interests: European social dialogue, party support bases, precarious work, and socio-economic policy in Poland.
