Thomas PERROUD serves as Professor of Public Law at the University of Paris-Panthéon-Assas, specializing in comparative public law and public economic law. He is an active researcher affiliated with the Center for Studies and Research in Administrative and Political Sciences (CERSA) and the Center for Comparative Public Law (CDPC), located at 10 rue Thénard in Paris.
