Jean-Baptiste Duclercq

Dr. Jean-Baptiste Duclercq serves as a Lecturer in Public Law at the University of Versailles Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines (UVSQ), Faculty of Law and Political Science, Department of Public Law. He concurrently holds teaching positions at Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne University (CAVEJ) and Sciences Po Saint-Germain-en-Laye.
