Thomas Meissner is an Associate Professor of Economics at the Department of Microeconomics and Public Economics, School of Business and Economics, Maastricht University. His work bridges experimental and behavioral economics, focusing on economic decision-making under risk, intertemporal tradeoffs, and the structural estimation of preferences in financial and public economic contexts.
- Co-organizer of the annual M-BEES (Maastricht Behavioral and Experimental Economics Symposium) and M-BEPS (Maastricht Behavioral and Experimental Finance Symposium)
