Thomas Mangor Jørgensen

Thomas Mangor Jørgensen is a Research Fellow at the Department of Sport and Social Sciences, Norwegian School of Sport Sciences. His work focuses on motivation, well-being, and participation in organized sports during the transition from children's to youth sports. He is affiliated with the Research Center for Child and Youth Sport (FOBU).

• Education: Master's in Sports Science (NTNU, 2021), Practical Pedagogical Education (PPU) in Physical Education and Social Studies, and courses equivalent to a Bachelor's in Political Science (NTNU)

His research examines how motivational climates and psychological factors influence athletes' experiences during developmental transitions in sports.
