Thomas Lee Boam is an Adjunct Professor in the Department of Management at the David Eccles School of Business, University of Utah, since July 2024. Previously, he served as an Associate Professor at the same institution from October 2002 to December 2011. His academic background includes an MBA in Business Administration from the University of Utah (1981) and a PhD in Organizational Leadership from the University of Oklahoma (2000).
