Thomas Keusch is an Assistant Professor of Accounting and Control at INSEAD, based in Fontainebleau. He previously served on the faculty of Erasmus University Rotterdam and holds a PhD from Maastricht University. His research focuses on managerial accounting, sustainability, and corporate governance, with notable contributions to understanding board risk oversight, ESG performance, and executive compensation dynamics.
