Thomas Kellenberg

Thomas Kellenberg is a Teaching Professor and Executive Director of the Notre Dame Washington Program since 1998. He teaches "Foundations of Public Policy" and founded the Notre Dame Human Rights Clinic, managing internships and on-site operations in Washington, D.C.
