John Kuehn is an Adjunct Professor of Law at Notre Dame Law School, teaching deposition skills since 2004. He specializes in labor and employment law, representing clients in litigation across federal and state courts and administrative agencies like the EEOC and NLRB. Kuehn co-founded LaDue Curran & Kuehn LLC in 2008 and practices in South Bend. He is a registered civil mediator and admitted to multiple state and federal courts.
Education: B.A. in Philosophy and German (magna cum laude, 1997), J.D. from Notre Dame Law School (2000). Professional memberships include the Indiana State Bar Association and Robert A. Grant Inn of Court. He serves on the Board of Directors for the Women's Care Center and the Michiana Chapter of the Society for Human Resources Management.
His career spans roles at a national law firm (2000–2002) and a litigation boutique firm (2002–2008). He advises the St. Vincent de Paul Society’s Personnel Committee and focuses on labor law, employment disputes, and civil rights issues.
