Stefan McDaniel

Stefan McDaniel is an Associate Professor of Law at the University of Notre Dame, appointed to this role on July 1, 2023. Previously, he served as a Visiting Assistant Professor of Law at Notre Dame Law School from fall 2021. His professional background includes a judicial clerkship with Judge José Cabranes of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit and legal roles at prominent firms Jones Day (labor/employment department) and Simpson Thacher & Bartlett (litigation department).
