Thomas Kaiserfeld is a Professor in the Department of Technology and Social Change (TEMAT) at Linköping University's Department of Thematic Studies (TEMA). His research focuses on knowledge creation and organizational adaptation, particularly in socio-technical systems and nuclear energy contexts.
