Thomas J. Walker

Thomas J. Walker is a Professor of Finance at Concordia University, specializing in Sustainable Finance, Emerging Risk Management, and Fintech. He serves as Director of the Jacques Ménard - BMO Centre for Capital Markets and holds the Concordia Research Chair in Emerging Risk Management (Tier 1). Since 2025, he has been the Executive Director (Academic) of the Institute for Sustainable Finance (ISF).
