Thomas J. Farrer

Thomas J. Farrer, Ph.D., ABPP, is an Assistant Professor and Associate Program Director at the University of Idaho’s WWAMI Medical Education Program, part of the School of Health and Medical Professions. His research focuses on clinical neuropsychology, aging-related dementia, cognitive consequences of medical conditions, and psychometric assessment. He holds a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology (Neuropsychology) from Brigham Young University and completed postdoctoral training at Duke University. Key areas of investigation include the impact of infectious diseases on cognitive health, neuropsychological assessment methodologies, and longitudinal outcomes of traumatic brain injury in adolescents.
