Thomas E. Jacobson serves as Education Director of the Land Use Education Program (LUEP) and Adjunct Instructor in Urban and Regional Studies and Planning at Virginia Commonwealth University's Wilder School of Government and Public Affairs since 2019 and 2003 respectively, teaching graduate land use planning and international study programs in London and Germany.
His educational background includes a BS in Civil Engineering and MS in Environmental Planning from the University of Minnesota, plus PhD coursework in Urban Planning at the University of North Carolina.
