Thomas E. Clark is a Professor of Physics at Purdue University's Department of Physics within the College of Science. He has held this position since 1988, previously serving as Associate Professor (1984–88) and Assistant Professor (1980–84). His research focuses on quantum field theory, elementary particle physics, renormalization theory, and supersymmetry, with contributions to higher-dimensional brane world models. He has received notable awards, including the Department of Energy Outstanding Junior Investigator Award (1981–84) and the Ruth and Joel Spira Excellence in Undergraduate Teaching Award (1996, 2001).
