Thomas Bååth is a Lecturer at the Accounting and Information Systems Division, Sauder School of Business, University of British Columbia. He holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from Chalmers University of Technology, and a Master of Science and PhD in Mathematics from Cornell University.
His research and teaching focus on the intersection of information systems, mathematics, and technology-driven accounting solutions, with a particular emphasis on analytics and computational methods in business education. For the 2025-2026 academic year, he teaches Fundamentals of Analytics & Technology in the MBA Professional program.
