Thomas Anderson

Thomas Anderson is a Lecturer at Georgia State University's Perimeter College in the Department of Fine Arts. He specializes in Online Course Design and Development, Film History, Media Production, and Curriculum Design. His work includes directing documentary and corporate films and videos, with expertise in AVID non-linear computer video editing.

• Education: B.A. in English and Radio, Television, and Motion Pictures from UNC-Chapel Hill; M.S. in Film from Boston University.

Anderson's research interests focus on integrating technology into education through online course development, film history, and media production practices. His work emphasizes institutional effectiveness and assessment rubric design.

He has received recognition including the 2015 Textbook Transformation Grant and seven video production/editing awards from the Media Communications Association.
