Thomas A. Thibodeau is an Associate Professor and Servant Leadership Distinguished Professor at Viterbo University's Dahl School of Business. Since joining in 1984, he has focused on inspiring students and communities through leadership and service. He founded the nation's first Master of Arts in Servant Leadership program and co-founded Place of Grace, a community resource in La Crosse.
