Thom Corah is a Senior Lecturer at De Montfort University, affiliated with the Leicester Media School within the Faculty of Computing, Engineering and Media. He teaches undergraduate and postgraduate courses in web development, multimedia, and audio production, and serves as programme leader for the BSc Audio and Recording Technology.
His research focuses on innovative uses of mobile technology and intuitive interaction methods, particularly through binaural audio delivered via smartphones. Previous work has explored mobile applications in cultural heritage contexts. Key research areas include:
