Dr. Theophilus Lartey is a Senior Lecturer in Accounting and Finance at Leicester Castle Business School, De Montfort University, UK. He holds a PhD and MSc from De Montfort University and a B.Com from the University of Cape Coast. A Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (FHEA), he teaches undergraduate and postgraduate modules in finance, econometrics, and corporate finance.
His research focuses on:
- Corporate finance and banking systems
- Sustainability practices and corporate governance
- Behavioral aspects of executive decision-making
- Innovation and entrepreneurship in financial contexts
- Interbank market dynamics and financial risk
