Theodora C. Welch

Theodora C. Welch is a Lecturer at the Grossman School of Business, University of Vermont, where she joined in January 2023. Her research explores the gender leadership gap and corporate governance principles. She has 20 years of teaching experience in management and entrepreneurship, emphasizing active problem-solving with live business cases.

Education: PhD in Business Administration (Management/Strategy) and MBA (Finance Option) from Concordia University, Montreal, Canada. Prior to academia, she was a research fellow at Harvard University and consulted for The World Bank on SME entrepreneurship.
