Dr. Tetiana Schipper is an Associate at the German Institute for Global and Area Studies (GIGA) since 2024 and a Lecturer in Business Finance at Enderun Colleges (Metro Manila, Philippines) since 2020. Her research focuses on Digitalisation, International Cooperation, and Global Development, with a regional emphasis on the Philippines, Ukraine, and the Global South.

Her career includes roles as a Tax Officer (Luxembourg), Product Management Trainee (Luxembourg), and German Language Teacher (Philippines). She has contributed to policy advice and peer-reviewed publications on AI governance and digital transformation in emerging economies.
