Terēze Zīberte-Ijaba is an Associate Professor and Head of the Department of String Instruments at the Jāzeps Vītols Latvian Academy of Music (JVLMA). She specializes in violin performance and musicology, with a focus on Latvian orchestral history. Her roles include leading the Strings Department since 2012, conducting research, and participating in international projects like the Innovative Conservatoire (ICON).
