Terry Kelly

Terry Kelly is an Associate Professor in the Department of Philosophy at the University of Alaska Anchorage. His research focuses on trust-based ethics in professional roles, addressing conflicts of interest, whistle-blowing, and conscientious objection. He has published books including Professional Ethics: A Trust-Based Approach (2018) and Professional Ethics Case Study Workbook (2023).

He has presented at conferences such as the Association for Practical and Professional Ethics and the American Society for Bioethics and Humanities. His recent training engagements include ethics workshops for municipal officials, legal interpreters, and professional landmen. He coordinates Ethics Bowl and Philosophy Advising initiatives through the Ethics Center at UAA.
