Terry Dwain Robertson serves as Associate Dean of Libraries, Seminary Librarian, Repository Librarian, Professor in the Department of Library Science, and Research Associate at the Institute of Archaeology at Andrews University's James White Library. With over 30 years of service beginning in October 1992, he has established himself as a key figure in academic librarianship with a unique focus on faith-integration.
His research interests span three dimensions of faith and work integration in librarianship: documentality (materials management), sociality (guest services), and spatiality (library space organization). He has made significant contributions to biblical archaeology through the Hisban Interactive Archive Project and explores critical intersections between information literacy and theological discourse.
Dr. Robertson led the launch of Digital Commons @ Andrews University in 2015, growing it to over 25,000 records with 10+ million downloads. His research output includes 61 publications across various formats including articles, presentations, and digital products, with recent work focusing on epistemological readings of biblical texts in relation to information warfare.
